Track 1:    This 60 minute Powerlifting and General Strength Program is designed to help members improve their power, strength, with technical proficiency in the 3 main Lifts (Squat-Bench-Deadlift)  Each Class will be focused on strength building with auxiliary exercises to lift heavier weights.            Monday – Wednesday – Friday 5:30pm till 6:30pm

Track 2: This 90 minute Program is for those who wish to pursue Competitive Powerlifting, and will prepare trainees of all levels for competition.  Trainees must be dedicated, hardworking and consistent in attendance to class times.    Mandatory 3 lift participation (Squat-Bench-Deadlift).  Although this is a Group session it will involve more in depth individual programing.  Trainees must first attend at least 1 Training cycle in Program A (training cycle consistent of at least 8 weeks then at the discretion of the Coach may proceed to next level) or if new to the facility may test out with the Program Director.   Monday-Wednesday-Friday 6pm till 7:30pm

*** Although this is strictly a POWERLIFTING PROGRAM Members will have access to additional Crossfit Classes, Mobility Class and Conditioning Class as well as General Brute Membership.

Year Plan $85 a month ($1020 total with a year signed contract) auto draft required. 10% savings if paid in full $918.00
