LESLIE BOOK Since I was very young, I have participated in various athletic activities including dance,gymnastics, cheering, rugby, surfing/paddle boarding, and CrossFit. Fitness and proper nutrition have always been in the forefront of my life and I enjoy teaching clients that fitness can be fun. I especially love to see the look on a client’s face when s/he experiences success with a skill for the first time, whether it is a pull-up or a 225lb Squat Clean.. MARK KIMENER Bio: I grew up in the Washington which continues in my adult life. I eventually went on to play college football for the University of Massachusetts and two years of Arena football. Proper nutrition, training, and coaching and maintaining a disciplined conditioning program have kept me healthy through the years of sports and still do to this day, competing as a strongman. With the experiences and knowledge that I have learned, teaching and working with others have become primary career goals. This is a major component in my choice of becoming a Personal Trainer. Mission Statement: To help the individual achieve realistic, obtainable goals they have set for themselveswith professional guidance. Through steadfast nutrition and exercise, anything is possible. Hobbies and Interests: Strongman, Football, Power lifting, Lacrosse, Olympic lifting, Wrestling, Highland Games Training Philosophy: Working out should feel like work if goals are to be met. BUT, the work involved should be positive, fulfilling and rewarding in that you have full control, when properly trained and guided, to successfully achieve the goals that have been set. Client Base: Anyone who is looking to either get back into shape, lose some weight, gain some muscle mass, sports performance, or just learn some new exercises.

Ella Williams- It is my pleasure to bring total body fitness to you. Fitness is a lifestyle, of which I enjoy living.
